Department capability
The Department takes a strategic approach to making sure we maintain strong capacity to serve and guide the Northern Territory into the future. For example:
- We developed our Strategic Plan 2008-11, which sets out our priorities, major strategies and key actions.
- We have a strong corporate governance structure, guided by our Executive Management Group. We have an Information Management Committee, Audit Committee, and Workplace Health and Safety Group.
