Policy and Publications

The multicultural policy Building on the Territory’s Diversity applies across government and will help identify and facilitate change in relation to multicultural issues. The policy identifies four key principles:

  1. valuing diversity;
  2. fair access;
  3. encouraging participation; and
  4. mutual respect.

Multicultural Information Directory

The Multicultural Information Directory has been developed to provide multicultural community stakeholders with information and contacts on relevant services and organisations that are available in the Northern Territory. The directory also lists consular corps and multicultural community organisations and their contact details.
