Information and Office Services

The Information and Office Services Unit supports the day to day operations of all business units and associated entities of the Department of the Chief Minister (DCM) and the Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment (OCPE) through:

• improving the systems that support our business processes
• a skilled and supported workforce committed to improving organisational outcomes
• coordinating and implementing plans to ensure the continued functioning of Government in the event of a disaster
• ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and directions.

A range of corporate services is provided, which include the provision of reports to senior management, advice, training and assistance in the areas of communication, travel, security access, telecommunications, vehicle fleet, accommodation, occupational health and safety, energy management, FOI, information technology and records management.
