The Human Resources Unit forms part of the Services Division. The Unit supports and develops the Department’s capacity through its people and the provision of a broad range of information services.
Human Resources is committed to strengthening the Department’s focus on its people by creating a productive, engaged and diverse workforce. Three priority areas apply: supporting and valuing our people; strengthening skills now and for the future; and encouraging a balance between work and life outside work. Services include recruitment, payroll, and learning and development.
The Unit focuses on developing and encouraging best practice.
